We conducted an experiment last month with a selection of clients. We wanted to see how their businesses would benefit from an entirely itemized, customized and ultimately simple service menu. They liked it – it made their life easier. We liked it too – we were able to focus on what we do best: help create a technology ecosystem within which a business can thrive.
